2017: The Year in Quilts

PicMonkey Image 2017aPicMonkey Image 2017bAs best I can tell, this is what I made this year.  They’re in no particular order; it was enough just to collage them.  Lots of donation blocks, some donation quilts, a few bed quilts for us, some gifts, some things to sell on Etsy.  Quite a few projects.  Definitely colorful.  Some celebrated new babys, a few went to tragic situations.

2017 was quite a year.  Thank you for sharing it with me.

I'm Valerie, also known as Scooquilt. I am passionate about fabric and quilting. My quilts are colorful and modern, but grounded in traditional blocks. My degrees are in Fine Arts and Education. I'm retired from teaching and trying to quilt daily. Reading, gardening, and cats are also important to me.

  1. I have seen most of your quilts, but it is really nice to see them all in one place.
